I am by no means a pro, but: They usually go either to corner or if there is a big structure to middle. You should if possible leave photo world before it is over, so you see what cipher stops shaking, either they are at that cipher or near to that. If you see survivors move in the far distance that most likely is a place where the downed survivor is. If you a near a survivor when photo world ends, I would go the opposite way to where they try to lead you. Unless it is a small map, I would recommend chasing whoever is near you, they still need to heal that person, so time is usually on your side.
