Yeah I wouldn't use these addons here for that lol, I build them very differently depending on the spot but the ones I used for dehkia ash 2 is probably the most versatile and would work well for most spots.

I use nvidia inspector to get the graphics, and tbh they might not really increase your fps since they just change textures which are pretty low impact on performance. I have it like this mostly because I prefer runescape graphics and it's easier on my eyes. If you'd still like to try it out, you would open up the bdo profile in inspector and change LOD bias to +3.00 (what I use) and then change the transparency supersampling to AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL

only consistent combo I use is wotw > regen > NT > shotgun > Magnus > Penetrating > tearing > wotw spam or something along those lines when it comes to the boss and my addons are built around that. But no repeatable combo on the regular mobs, just whatever is off cooldown.
