The people around you in a joint family make you feel super guilty for even trying to be a positive parent, it becomes sooo hard in such circumstances but it is equally important to fight for your child's right of being treated like a respectful normal human being. Ignoring the noise around you helps you focus on the more important things, your child in this case. She's so accurate with the obsession with food and clean clothes at all times for kids. So relatable!! Best podcast for moms👍👍

This was very nice! I feel like I have been on a similar journey and I can relate to her so much! Living here as in England, all these factors are easy, because society supports you as well. Positive parenting is done by most of the people around you, I will say 60% ❤ But thank you again for the remainder, it’s the Implementation..

When my 1st kid was born I didn't know about postpartum depression, sleeplessness and weaknesses a mother body goes through, all of them happened to me as an incident that I was unaware before. I thought 9 months were nothing in front of these problems that I had to face. Please educate new mothers in your surroundings about all the feelings and situations they have to face after birth. Why society remains silent in this topic,?

New Moms atleast are now aware of these things like depression and hardships. What's not common is Husbands acknowledging these hardships. They've seen their moms somehow making it look so easy therefore postpartum Depression not recognised at all

Amazing conversation & i really appreciate her for such insightful talk. I would like to add here that most of the time our parents really want to adopt positive parenting but they try, they fail hard because they never worked on their own emotions, they never process the trauma they have gone through in the past, so once they became parents, they actually struggle. So kindly suggest those parents to go to therapy, self healing. Unki apni self healing hogi, emotions ko process karna ata hoga to e they can do positive parenting. Please invite any certified & qualified psychotherapist, child therapist & couple therapist as well. Thank you so much for bringing such good content Humna ❤️👍

This podcast is my favourite so far. I faced abusive childhood. Literally so damaged my soul. I read stuff about raising kids alot , so it won't happen to them. I believe this channel will be educational for mothers than discussing the journey just, in future. Because the young females m motherhood instinct khatm horahe hn. Boht career oriented hokr bachon ko neglect krdeti hn. Wo balance ni kr pati. Pehle zamane m maen diper b ni pehnati t. ab west m wo chez agai h. The called it EC training. pehle maen zyada smart hoti thi, jb k unki shadian 12 13 saal m hoti t ab 25 saal k hokr b hme ni pata hota bache kese raise karen. q k hmare ghar m role models hi ni ,jin se hm seekhte.

baki tu sb theek hai but kindly small humble request, yall talk about such knowledgable things in such wise manner but constantly cutting each other off or interrupting without realising or apologising is not just a bit unsettling due to the irony but also because it makes it really hard to concentrate. One person speaks, i devote my attention there, and suddenly the other one adds while she hadn't finished yet and i shift my attention then and before ive grasped the whole dialogue, its cut again. Again. Just sharing a request to improve your podcasts. Rest assured i love and agree with the content shared and definitely respect you both educated souls. 😮‍💨
