I use Shea Moisture box dye it’s pretty good too. Also I don’t think you had enough. It takes two boxes for me to do my entire head and I hate using the little squeeze bottle I always use the brush it makes application so much easier.

I have that same brand dye in my hair in the 5G light golden brown. My stylist recommended told to get and she put it in my hair. I get so many compliments. I had to use 4 boxes for my hair.

I LOVE Clairol Textures and Tones color line. Been using it for years. I like that it only gives a hint of color to my dark hair because the hubby be trippin regarding color. Always gets the job done. BTW your color before and after Adore is gorgeous 💕😍

To avoid staining of skin around hairline use a Palmers coco butter stick. Apply it liberally as close to the hairline without touching the hairs. I use a foam permanent color box dye. with the coco butter stick, the hairline is flawless.

I like the color snd I have that color again now. I buy the L'oreal Excellence Hicolor Highlights. It is specifically for dark hair w/o having to use bleach and no ammonia.

That one works by using a high level developer to lift color from the cuticle whulr depositing color. So you can technically damage your hair with it

I use box dye when I dye my hair and I mean I’ve dyed my hair like 80 different colors and as long as you take care of your hair after like deep conditioning and moisturizing then your fine. My hair hasn’t fell out yet , curls is still popping

You should try Shea Moisture color. I have never used a color that lifts well without bleach and leaves my hair really soft as Shea Moisture. Also, you dye clothes and “color” hair 😉
