So I learned this song is about the Star Festival and it originates from a Chinese folklore of the tale about "the Cowherder and the Weaver Girl" and how they fell in love but could only see each other on the 7th day of the 7th month. I've got appreciation for HFE and their songwriters Leez and Ollounder making meaningful songs out of old folk tales. Even the concept of their "Nightmare" story arc is based on the Native American folklore of the Spider Matron. Dreamcatcher is truly the antithesis of the typical bubble gum or "look at me, I'm better than you" K-pop, which I truly appreciate. In Japan, they call the Star Festival, Tanabata and one of the customs is to write a wish down on a strip of paper and tie it to the Wish Tree. So my wish is for the girls to have long, happy, and healthy lives, and get their first win on their next comeback. Ganbatte! Fighting!

The fk, Ollounder and Leez are living gods. Literally 0 bad song. Literally. Every single "obscure" B-side track is banger and head and shoulders above other artist's title tracks. Melodies are so catchy and, chord progressions are amazing, stylistic variety is insane.
