Some nice things there but in general, not spooky enough for me lol....fun to watch though as always! I did like those plate sets you liked too! Ah, the Martha magazine memories! You reminded me of how excited I used to be when I saw those on the grocery store shelf! xx

Certain stores seem to play it safe and just carry the cute non scary items for decor pieces and tend to stay away from the horror/scary merchandise.

The only pieces I loved were the Made in England Halloween plates, so much detail and classic styling. All of it was cheap with little detailing, I collect pre-1950’s Halloween, it’s recycled and doesn’t end up in a landfill.

I found a really cool set of string lights that were Raven's in a Cage at Meijer i was surprised. Im not a fan of their Halloween stuff, because it is crap quality and small, and more expensive than the decor they have at TJ Maxx which is usually well worth the price. Also, Ijust looked it up about Martha Stewart Living and their Halloween edition, and it is still being made😊 It went out on Newstands in August!! 💜💜💜💜 Sending love, & hugs from Wisconsin!!

The skull is a symbol of death, but also of rebirth and regeneration. The flower represents the beauty and fragility of life, and how fleeting it is. Together, they celebrate life and death as connected parts of the natural order.
