This chutney turned out so good 😃 Thanks for sharing ❤ We live in Australia, and I’ve purchased so many kitchen items from your inspiration, cast iron tawa is one of them. However, I might not have taken its proper care or what I don’t know but seems like its seasoning is gone. I can make everything including pancakes but dosa, I always struggle.

Very nice tip for caste iron pans i tried it today for heating on very low flame for 15-20 min. Really it became complete non stick though I am using diff.. brand thank you suchi for winderful tip
