Hi, how come your bike reaches 24 mph? I mean, mine came out of the box and it goes like 19 mph?

It could be a weight issue, but you should be fine if you’re not over 200 lbs a carrying such

make sure your bike is on pedal assist three and use the throttle if you want the max speed

Hold right brake while twisting throttle all the way as you turn the key on. It switches between 2 speed modes.

It's closer to 30miles when using only the throttle, but potentially more or less depending are many variables. It is approx 68 Miles when only in pedal assist mode.

Means its a 750w motor but can get up to 1500w peak output. I could be wrong but its like overclocking a pc. Might have a pc and monitor for 240 fps but overclocki bc can get you to 300 fps

I just bought a EUY S4 1000w 26ah for $1,300 and a Ridstar 1000w 20ah for $1,132. Both 20" cafe racer style. I'm looking for a 3rd model to buy asunder $1,400. Any suggestions? Also can I charge these on a portable 12v solar charger that has a charge controller? Is there a way to connect the bike chargers to a + and - clamp? That's what my solar charger has to connect to. It is 750W with a claim that it'll reach up to a 1500W output. That is supposedly max power on that motor.

Hello I purchased a happyrun g50 I go on a 8 mile ride to work on throttle level 3 but when I turn it back on without charging it the bike won’t go into 3rd level. It seems the bike will only go into level 3 when 100% charged

hi, i just bought the happyrun g50. I would like the unlock procedure, because it is currently stuck at 15mph. I would also like to know if it is possible to put the display in kmh instead of mph and if possible how to operate the bicycle with the accelerator, at the moment it only starts with the pedals. You can't change speed or kmh, it stuck at mph and 28 mph

The Mode Button will get you out of the 15mph limit. There are 3 modes 1 is the lowest, 3 is the highest. I'd still like to find a way to program it though.

A what up guy I am having trouble with my ebike can you help me with it ok I got a ebike from Amazon and it is a happy runner tank g50 I have tried to get it to go but it won't start. I put the key on and it does not turn on, but the battery is charged . When I push the button on the battery it shows its charged. But when I put the key on it does not show on the panel. The battery is charged to full capacity but it won't go on. Could you please give me your opinion on this, thank you

There is an on/off switch on the right side of the battery. Make sure it’s flipped to the ON position.
