Shiv is the God of death and His consort is the Goddess of life. Sanatan revers everything about life. Even death. Specifically in this song he is shown to be performing what is known as TAANDAV (the dance of death). The white dust is representing ash because in Sanatan we cremate and do not bury. Ash is very important to Mahadev. I have not yet met a non-Sanatani who is able to understand or grasp what is shown. So it would depend on how much you truly want to know.
