Deepti Kala ji is an Ex-IAF officer. Her father is in the Army. Since her childhood she wanted to join the Army but her father didn't want her to join the Army. But Deepti ji was highly impressed by Army Lifestyle. She is a true inspiration for all the youths who easily give up on their dreams.
Deepti Kala ji is an Engineer by qualification with Post Graduation in Aeronautical Engineering. She has held various key appointments in the IAF and has been awarded for her devotion to duty in the service. She had been a topper of her professional courses in the service and hence had a bent towards Education, which led her to join Amity Global School as Administrative Officer. Now, she is also a certified soft skills Trainer. In civil parlance she has been awarded twice for her social work beside her profession. Along with this she is also a mother of two children, In today’s Josh Talks Video Deepti Ji will share her journey from the starting and she has achieved all this thing despites several difficulties coming her way.
दीप्ति कला जी एक पूर्व IAF अधिकारी हैं। उनके पिता आर्मी में हैं। वह बचपन से ही सेना में भर्ती होना चाहती थी लेकिन उनके पिता नहीं चाहते थे कि वह सेना में भर्ती हो। लेकिन दीप्ति जी आर्मी लाइफस्टाइल से बेहद प्रभावित थीं। वह उन सभी युवाओं के लिए एक सच्ची प्रेरणा हैं जो आसानी से अपने सपनों को छोड़ देते हैं।
दीप्ति कला जी एरोनॉटिकल इंजीनियरिंग में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन के साथ योग्यता से इंजीनियर हैं। उन्होंने भारतीय वायुसेना में विभिन्न प्रमुख नियुक्तियां की हैं और सेवा में कर्तव्य के प्रति समर्पण के लिए उन्हें सम्मानित किया गया है। वह सेवा में अपने व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों की टॉपर रही थीं और इसलिए उनका झुकाव शिक्षा की ओर था, जिसके कारण उन्हें एमिटी ग्लोबल स्कूल में प्रशासनिक अधिकारी के रूप में शामिल होना पड़ा। अब, वह एक प्रमाणित सॉफ्ट स्किल ट्रेनर भी हैं। सिविल भाषा में उन्हें उनके पेशे के अलावा उनके सामाजिक कार्यों के लिए दो बार सम्मानित किया जा चुका है। इसके साथ ही वह दो बच्चों की मां भी हैं, आज के जोश टॉक वीडियो में दीप्ति जी शुरू से ही अपने सफर को साझा करेंगी और कई कठिनाइयों के बावजूद उन्होंने यह सब हासिल किया है इसके बारे में बतायेंगी.
