Kind of a rough translation for the first track "Night" (Noch) Keep in mind its meant to be kind of critic and Russian has words that are too specific to translate into english New fashionable threads, great make up, trimmed bangs I am ready to eat from her hand savor the dish, bitter fruits of love strange words cut and crawl from my skin you are right as usual more than likely already look the part Chorus: Night, and we a glum she ushers in one and leaves with another night and we are glum, Night I feel good with you My crisis is that the neighbors are knocking on the door I will say the password in exchange for freedom, in exchange for suffering I'm an irredeemable wickedness in dark lipstick, with a light step my power is in your hands in a bright pink wrapper Chorus: Night, and we a glum she ushers in one and leaves with another night and we are glum, Night Runway model the cover girl of the slaughterhouse toilet I will book a night hotel as with everything, you will be calm you welcome me into your embrace with soft words I am not afraid of the belt in combination with your supple lips Chorus: Night, and we a glum she ushers in one and leaves with another night and we are glum, Night

Не знаю я, не знают все Радио "Союз" вещает блюз Радио "Союз", Радио "Союз". Пройдись в капроновых чулках По окружной, по мостовой. Я знаю, ты не чуешь страх, Не то что я - душой больной. If anyone wants them, I've tried to translate most of the songs off here for practice, but I'm a native english speaker who's v much a beginner russian learner. so take these with like a pound of salt, lol. If anyone's got corrections please lmk 1. Noch/Night New shoelaces Classy makeup, trimmed bangs I’m ready to eat from your hands Sweet dishes and the bitter fruits of love Strange words Cut and thrust out from under the skin You are always right It’s most likely, already... Night And we are melancholy Bringing one, leaving with another Night And we are melancholy I enjoy being with you It’s no trouble, that neighbors knock on the door I’ll say the password In exchange for freedom, in exchange for anguish Inseparable desire In dark lipstick, in an easy walk My power is in your hands In a bright pink wrapper Night And we are melancholy Bringing one, leaving with another Night And we are melancholy in the night A sexy model - The main face of the slaughterhouse toilet I rent a night hotel And you’ll react calmly You accept me Straight in an embrace of pleasant words I’m not afraid of the belt When it’s complete with your lush lips Night And we are melancholy Bringing one, leaving with another Night And we are melancholy Night, night, night And we are melancholy Bringing one, leaving with another Night, night, night And we are melancholy in the night 2. Soyuz/Union You’re hidden in darkness, Where millions of stars wish To kill you, undress you in your sleep Go there, where it’s forbidden Your eyes consume light, Hiding tears on your face, But who are you, my secret? I don’t know, no one knows Radio ‘Union’ broadcasts the blues Radio ‘Union’, Radio ‘Union’. Take a walk in nylon stockings In the district, on the pavement I know, you don’t smell fear Not like me - a sick soul I listen to the sound of sirens, Thoughts finish in a loop Catching the wave of another day You and I enjoy it Radio ‘Union’ broadcasts the blues Radio ‘Union’, Radio ‘Union’. 3. Aurora - haven't gotten round to this one yet, but i think it's a cover of an older song so a translation might b somewhere else 4. Fotosnimki/Photographs Energy and the path of our love Are illuminated by the lights of newspaper kiosks. Definitely on schedule, definitely for us The time of freedom - a mined diamond, A single, precise diagram of the future Accept into your heart this new system Alive or dead, messengers of fashion The benefits of life, a mistake of nature For you alone I buy flowers Photographs with you Tell me who you are Oil products for our household, Synthetic feelings, leftover food Tea to music, intrigue under stress New roads, modern progress The future is shining! The magazines aren't lying! Our hands accept new programs. Soviet quality, polar neon. Turn around, I’m your beloved spy. 5. Videomagnitofon/Video recorder Today will view an underground cassette from overseas. In my body sits a monster That has been waiting for many years to be let out. The sharp smell of rubber My very worn-out suit I’m a hero from the movies, A hero - that doesn’t mean good. And so a beautiful story comes out My face is hidden by a rubber mask I’m heading there, where the light is glowing And so a beautiful story comes out My face is hidden by a rubber mask I’m heading there, where there is no life I have a video recorder It serves as a replacement for a life Black-bloodred-silver background - These are the colors of the motherland. It will enter a young body A pile of rusty nails. Fear can be easy to overcome - But kill those who are weaker And so a beautiful story comes out My face is hidden by a rubber mask I’m heading there, where the light is glowing And so a beautiful story comes out My face is hidden by a rubber mask I’m heading there, where there is no life Where life Is not and never will be * Is not and never will be Is not and never will be Never There is only Forever It hasn’t been brought here yet Life hasn’t been brought here yet And so a beautiful story comes out My face is hidden by a rubber mask I’m heading there, where the light is glowing And so a beautiful story comes out My face is hidden by a rubber mask I’m heading there, where there is no life 6. Tsvety i konfety/Flowers and sweets I love your perfume so much And this ink like watercolors Now I’ll read my poems And let’s go to bed Flowers and sweets, dead candy wrappers We are victims of romance When you stick your knife in me I will only beg you To love and destroy Don’t stop dancing Flowers and sweets, dead candy wrappers We are victims of romance Don’t stop dancing Don’t stop dancing Don’t stop dancing Your mother won’t stop Forget me, forget your sadness Forget that I screamed goodbye Forget it all again, what was said When it wasn’t known, what was done * 7. Obshchestvenniy transport/Public transport Fingers looking for a lost passport (A person) In a bright dress comes onto the track I love you, public transport, We merge into a single mass In the meantime, the globe spins We don’t find empty seats I catch the bus with my body Citizen, pass on for travel! I can’t stand all this torture Until the nightmare stops No! The controller pulls my hands But there’s nothing to pay for the ticket The brave conductor riding a hare * He laughs maliciously at us Make room for the Soviet constructor Passengers in between rows And there’s nothing to breathe, comrades Close all the windows in the cabin The driver gives us a welcome speech Our bus hangs from a slope I can’t stand all this torture Until the nightmare stops No! The controller pulls my hands But there’s nothing to pay for the ticket I’ve got nothing to pay for the ticket! 8. Sovpoet No one agrees - so he’ll do it himself We are inclined to understand what we want It’s not worth it to come back home, if there’s no road then there is no peace waiting for us Before me is a special hardship - die under the rubble of the magazine ‘Youth’ It all goes to the fact that our systems are part of socialism * Self-respecting Soviet poet Always writing at a desk that holds a pistol He knows a sly way to leave without (making) noise Don’t dare think about this Don’t dare think about this It’s not worth seeing a meaning in these stupid mannequins Try looking in his writing on the wall Among the everyday bustle - slogans greet me more frequently than you Tell me why the world seems to shake When your eyes look at my face Tell me why the world seems to shake When your eyes... Doing business - a sudden sadness He wanted to run away, but I know he’ll be back When I cool down and understand that I wasn’t right Started up again, rolled up in his hands Again, again, again and again, writing in a notebook the childish word ‘love’ Trying to write right now This just isn’t enough for each of us Self-respecting Soviet poet Always writing at a desk that holds a pistol He knows a sly way to leave without (making) noise Don’t dare think about this Don’t dare think about this It’s not worth seeing a meaning in stupid mannequins Try looking in his writing on the wall Among the everyday bustle - slogans greet me more frequently than you Tell me why the world seems to shake When your eyes look at my face Tell me why the world seems to shake When your eyes look at my face the lines marked with * are ones I'm unsure of

@Frank Roidlight yeahhhhh... probably a few goths that would argue that point. I've heard everything from punk, to post punk ,new wave ,and coldwave,and goth from the 80's to retro modern coldwave/darkwave and synth wave. This to my ears is 100% coldwave. None of the guys in the band are actual goths either. Coldwave being a pioneer genre before goth too. Definitely more coldwave than goth. Have had goth and goth punk friends since 80s. So I know the differences. Not gonna change my mind. Not interested in arguing.
@colddaze66802 жыл бұрын
@Frank Roidlight First off you sound like a serious narcissistic, over reaching tool/troll..mentally,verbally masturbating and fluffing yourself,the way you speak. You assume a shitload upfront. And if you can't even see how I'm not qualified already with the detailed information I already provided. Then you're either dumb as a box of rocks or you're wilfully delusional, or can't read too well.. I've known goths, goth punks since the 80s.. hung around with a whole gang of em out of school ,at their places ,listened to their music when I was in England.. Aka I know what fucking goth music sounds like as opposed to coldwave.. For well over 15-16 years now I've been a big fan of 80's coldwave/darkwave, original and newer retro. From classic French, German to Slavic based. To modern retro coldwave. So I definitely know what authentic coldwave sounds like and what authentic goth music sounds like. I'm more than qualified to base my opinion on that much experience alone. Coldwave for the most part ,does not sound exactly like Clan of Xymox ,Fields of the Nephilim, Sisters of Mercy , and this vaguely sounds like Bauhaus. There are subtle to bigger differences in song arrangements tween goth and coldwave. And having a good ear ,owning a drum machine and a keyboard/ synthesiser is exactly just about all you need to create coldwave/darkwave. Two piece male female duos have been making coldwave with exactly same equipment since 80s ..Goth ,classic goth music tends to use bass and lead guitar, real drumkits ,along with keyboards. Now I know you're going to make another tedious cringe retort. To try and bait me some more ,rather than provide any real evidence that you know wtf you are talking about yourself.. Its what sad sacks do over the internet to get their jollies isn't it. But I'm pretty much done here.

Like that's a valid answer in any way shape or form to the subject that was being discussed...Aka obviously you were just out to troll in first place.. get off-line. Go outside and make some friends in real life, aka ,occupy yourself and your life with more than just pointless idiot, nonsensical net banter... I dont give 2 fucks and a cats piss about your cat videos..Aka get a life.

Это музыка! Coldwave с элементами Postpunk. Философский альбом, можно долго размышлять и испытывать ностальгию. Мне нечем платить за билет, но мне нужно ехать.

God, every time I play this album, it always sounds better. For me, it's the best of Russian Post-punk I've been listening to lately. Now, I do really want to visit Russia someday, learn more about its history, culture and language while listening to this band and drinking some vodka.

Well, our beverage culture is far more than just vodka, we enjoy coniaqs, beer, wine and champagne (champagne often appeared in Soviet movies). Vodka is just stereotype, most people prefer other drinks than vodka. Also among the non-alcohol drinks you need to try tarhun (green lemonade made out of some herbs, really popular in Russia) and kvass (old folk Russian drink, enjoyed by Russians since medieval times). Good luck, Russia is an awesome country. As much as I really appreciate Western culture, I am glad I have Russian culture.
@silvana_su2 жыл бұрын
@@crestfallenknight7983 Actually, I didn't say that vodka was the only or main beverage there, but the one I'd like to enjoy because it's the main ingredient of many of my favorite drinks. Anyway, thank you for the info! It definitely would be great to visit Russia someday.

5:43 Аврора (Aurora) Sleeping quiet northern city, The low sky above your head, What are you dreaming about, Aurora cruiser At the hour when the morning rises above the Neva. What are you dreaming about, Aurora cruiser At the hour when the morning rises above the Neva. Maybe you're back in the clouds of furry. Gun flashes you see in the distance. Or, as before, in black patchwork. Your patrols are on a rampage. Or, as before, in black patchwork. Your patrols are on a rampage. The waves are steep, the storms are gray, Ships have that duty, Their destinies are something similar, Something like the fates of people. Their destinies are something similar, too, Something like the fates of people. The winds are salty, the expanses are breathing, Lightning bolts light up the dark of thunder, What are you dreaming about, Aurora cruiser At the hour when the morning rises above the Neva. What are you dreaming about, Aurora cruiser, At the hour when the morning rises above the Neva.
