30 yr male..6 din pahile both side mumps tha..parodit swelling bhi thi to parodonium 200 ke 3 day 3 dose diya to abhi parodit swelling nhi ye..lekin 3 din se fever 101-102..or abhi mild orchitis bhi hoga..so pls suggest medicine to reduce fever and orchitis swelling..
