I wish you could show how to attach the disc. I have the same one and cannot get the screw off and nothing in the instructions

You have to use the tool they give you with it. There's a button on the top that you have to push to lock it while your loosing and tightening the nut. If you look on the back of the box it's called the spindle lock.
