I picked up a set of these a few years ago and use them like you do to install the 37” tires on my Jeep. At about 95 lbs per tire/wheel combo they do get cumbersome trying to install them the traditional way. These dollies make the tire swap laughably easy for this 60 year old man.

I've had a few vehicles where I would swap out wheels for the winter. Also lived in a few areas where I could just use summer/all-season the entire year. I thought about having something like this if I wanted to put turfs on my tractor (if I kept my R4 set, too). You are right on how heavy those back wheels become when filled with ballast. Yikes. Excellent tool.

Thanks for confirming this works. Was looking to purchase one of these (generic brand) for my father. He is 75 now and has complained that he has problems changing between summer and winter tires on his SUV. Car tires are huge and heavy now adays compared to the 80s and 90s.

I just bought one of those ( a different brand ) for that very reason. At 72 years old I have gotten to the point where I cant lift a 265 70 16 inch tire and wheel back onto my truck so this roller will work great.

I will have to get this, I used two floor jacks to put my rimguard filled rear kubota 3400 tire back on . worked but a little sketchy and not reproducible
