Excellent job not mentioning the ParkCrest building

I remember first seeing Harbor Island in Feb 1986 - and it sure has added lots of great communities since the (cannot remember the hotel that was right at the entrance to Harbor Island in downtown Tampa, but it was very nice, too. Liked that it was walking distance to what was then called the St Pete Times Forum for a hockey game. I seem to recall there was a tram to connect with the Harbor Island shopping center, but think that center has been replaced or converted to other use since then. The Key West-like neighborhood was nice, without all the tourists and crazies that I habit the real deal - not to mention, avoiding the long drive to a big city downtown, as that drive from KW to Miami can be a killer! Harbor Island does have a great location, and being 24-hour gated gives residents peace of mind. Another nice video, Kris!

Palm trees in the middle of the road? Thats going to make getting home at 3:00AM kind of a challenge.

Thanks, very aware. I had not been to the Bahamas or familiarized myself with the pronunciation prior to filming this video.
