From a wild-camp spot by the Braes of Foss Forestry Car Park where folks park to go climb Schiehallion itself, I made it passed the Craigh na Dun Outlander Site where I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and chatting with Finlay McIntyre, the Manager of the Dunalastair Highland Estate. What a lovely, friendly guy and a complete wealth of knowledge on the Estate and surrounding areas. Great guy. Didn't know it at the time, but I was talking with a TV Reality Star in his own right as Finlay was on BBC's 'The Mart'.
