Hey collin, When the track gets slick you said you tune the engine for peak performance. so When it gets slick do you change the rear sprocket size by 1 or 2 teeth to make the engine turn less RPMs creating less wheel spin or do you do it a different way?

Yes, I will typically drop 1 tooth in the rear from my qualifying gear. I do it to settle the car when on the throttle and to keep the engine loaded at the end of the straights

What kind of gear shifter do you use?

We use a vertical direct shifter from Hyper Racing, modified to be inboard the roll cage.
