Is it forbidden to have on the side closed handguards in enduro competition, even if its just a bar without these flaps?

no, you can have closed handguards. It's just that I like these better, the handlebar is lighter this way

Hi. Do run the manual fan switch because the fan on the tbi’s comes on more? Is it the Motoes version and is it plug and play? Does it override the ecu?
