Good to see more footages of The OG Hard Luck Bears performing at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, i've always wondered if they made more shows for the park in the past or is this the only one being recorded? quite unusual if it is. Also is it just me or does the Cyclist Monster somewhat reminds me of the Cookie Monster? sad thing that it didn't feature Thorpe Park even though they used to have an Captain Andy's revue show there during the time but aside from that, this is an fantastic footage.

The show did originally run on the 1979 Creative Engineering showtape however this was changed by 1982 to the custom tape seen here in the video, this was the only other tape that the pleasure beach show played. They were relocated to Frontierland Morecambe around 1993 but I’m unsure as to what tape they used there, likely to be the original as the show was clearly being neglected even by 1987 as seen here. Looking at newspaper clippings the bears were hyped up massively as the UKs first animatronic stage show from America but I don’t think it ever had the popularity that they hoped it would by all accounts.

They probably weren't taken care of.

Wasn't "broken", just HIGHLY unadjusted. For example, Billy Boy still moves his elbows, just very very slowly. Some movements are reversed too but that's overall what's making them appear "broken" when it's overall just adjustments that's needed. Could be fixed in a few days tops if it were still around these days

This is a bit unrelated, but I have a question about the Henery Hawk animatronic. On the function list his body turn movement is combined with “eyes”. What does this mean? Does he have eyes that rotate when his body turns?

What would've been better if the tour filmed footage of Jungle Palladium at Drayton Manor, African Tiki Show at Windsor Safari Park, Tico Tico at Bellewaerde, Euromaus Musikrevue and Vogelhochzeit at Europa Park, and other european shows. But still i like this video.
