This track is not Hard NRG, Hard NRG sounds kinda like mix of UK Hard House and Hard Trance, and have 155-165 bpm. Tales From the Big Room by Yoji Biomehanika is good example of Hard NRG. Track in your video is Freefrom Hardcore, Freefotm Hardcore is genre of Hardcore Techno and comes from Happy Hardcore scene, but sound more like harder and more energetic Hard Trance. Bpm oscillates between 165-200 bpm . Freefrom Hardcore does not originate from Hard NRG, but in Finland Freeform Hardcore scene was comes from Hard NRG scene, and thats why Finnish scene of Freefrom was called FiNRG c;
