Ok so if anyone still has a problem, you need to press volume up and than select recovery mode, and than you can see those options

I have this tablet and it will not connect to a Wi-Fi it’s not showing any Wi-Fi that I can join. I done this hard reset but still can’t get it to connect to a Wi-Fi. I go to search for a Wi-Fi and showing it’s off so I turn it on to search for one and it turns it’s self back off within a second.

@@barbaramorandi9301 I couldn't resolve it. Was advised to change the battery and do a factory reset. However, i didnt go ahead with that. After almost 4 months, I switched it on again and voila, it's working 👍👍👍 I mean it shows its charging, I'm able to get on the home screen too. So, I guess for all those who got stuck on duck or penguin logo, just leave it to do its own thing 😊, it will probably resolve on it own 🙏
