hi! yes most restaurants are included. There are only like 2 that aren't included but I didn't show them in this video at all.

We are stuck between Hard Rock and Dreams Royal Beach, we are coming next year in July and will have our 7 year old son with us, I’m a little concerned that Hard Rock might be a little to large of a resort making it a little difficult to navigate getting around, has anybody ever been to any of the Dreams resorts? How is the food here at Hard Rock?

For the Hard Rock part, it wasn’t difficult to navigate. It’s actually much simpler than it may seem. Especially since a lot of stuff is located in the main building. The food was good but not fall over spectacular. There were always things that we liked, things that we didn’t. Overall, I’d probably give it 7/10. Now I’ll let someone else speak about the Dreams resorts ☺️.

How would you rate the employee. Are they nice? Some people say they can be rude, but I have learned you get what you put out, so I wanted to hear your opinion

We had no issues. Everyone was really kind and friendly actually. I agree with you. You get what you put out.

After staying at the Hard Rock and other Punta Cana resorts, I didn’t find the employees at Hard Rock rude but many are not outwardly friendly either. At other resorts, employees will go out of their way to say hello. Here, they will just walk past you or if they are serving you, they will complete the transaction and move on. It really doesn’t have a high service feeling to it. You are just one of thousands of other guests.

@@scottcastro9383 I can see this angle too. For our group, we had a lot of friendly encounters because we saw a bunch of the same employees a lot. So they warmed up to us. But yeah - can’t remember anyone being rude.

We went last Xmas staff were great very big place lots of queues for food best to book great beach.

to be honest, I wonder how many people actually use those tubs. Probably more aesthetic/uniqueness than functional. Shower was huge. I guess you could go to the beach at night but it's pretty dark. the pool and beach areas were very quiet at night.
