Might be abit late, but im an avid Hard Truck Fan. These are not secret dealers they are truck that are reduced at a price because they are stolen vehicles. Notice the truck is 32940 and not the 60odd some thousand it should be. Getting caught in a stolen truck will result in the cops taking it and if you dont have a spare truck it will fail the game.

SPF9000 I think by "Secret Vehicle Dealer" he was referring to the hidden/secret places in the map where the vehicles are offered for sale. The Trucks/cars are not always stolen, sometimes they are broken ones that break down more & more quickly and are associated with high repair costs and u get the message "you have been sold a worn-out vehicle" or something similar. In my experience, it has only VERY rarely worked out well to buy a vehicle there.

Paying fines for stolen vehicles is a part of the game. Unfortunately, the released version on GOG is not same as the original copy. This game uses its own features completely and you also need them in different scenarios.
