Try making boiled peanuts with your peanuts; a delicacy in the southern US. You wouldn't think they would be delicious, but they are! Simply boil in water, lot's of salt and your own seasoning powder.

I usually dont comment much on your channel but i would double check your airflow through the house , Ive had homes there for 16 years now and airflow to stay cool is # 1 for comfort , unless you only plan on constantly running aircon . I heard you say fixed window in the stairwell and I'm not seeing airflow through the second level. I just recently bought another house there that sits up like yours that has a nice ocean breeze and had to knock holes in it to add opening windows because of the lack of airflow. Take care guys..

Great! Making major progress until the 2nd floor is crucial, as sometimes we can't manage the change in weather conditions for now due to monsoon rain. The elevation of the house is so good too. Try to manage to use Tagalog or the local dialect little by little so Filipino viewers will keep following your journey.
