I suvenir butikken ved 6:47 kjøpte jeg en regn cape for å ta deilig gangstien der ned fordi det regnet som her i videoen. Det var en av mine beste investeringer i klær. I Kinsarvik hos supermarked ved 24:10 bestemte jeg meg til å lærer meg norsk (eller i det minste svensk eller begge fordi jeg reise ofte til begge land) fordi jeg forstod ingenting som gutten på kassa har sagt. Kjempefin Norge - sågar som det regne! _In English for everyone who doesn't understand my broken Norwegian probably mixed with Swedish:_ _This was exactly one part of the way of my first journey to Norway. In the souvenir shop at __6:47__ i bought a rain cape for walking down the beautiful foot path there because it was raining like in this video. That was one of my best investments in clothing ever. In the supermarket in Kinsarvik at __24:10__ I decided to learn Norwegian (or at least Swedish because it's quite similar - or even both because I visit both countries often) because I couldn't understand a word the cashier said to me. Beautiful Norway - even when it rains!_

The towns and villages you passed once you got off the mountain - is the primary income from fishing? I didn't see much industry along there, and there seemed to be too many houses to just be supporting seasonal tourism. Another absolutely beautiful area!

Back in the early 80,s i went the old road up Måbödalen with my grandpa and a caravan behind a Datsun 120Y.That was an experience i will never forget because the old road must have been the most dangerous in Norway back then.In the late 90,s i road the (Trolltrain/touristride) up the old road aswell but i think its been put out of buisness now,but it was fun to go up that crazy road once more.

Wow, what an amazing video, I keep stamping my foot on the floor to make sure I'm going slow enough. Man, you guys must have a very up to date truck maintenance program. I thought driving on our Cabot Trail was scary . . . a walk in the park compared to this roadway. Cheers!!

We have service agreement on the truck so it in for maintenance every 20k km. Here you can look how the sloops down Måbødalen looks like www.side3.no/historie/mabodalen-ulykke-lastebilulykken-i-1987-6813879 this link show an accident in 87 when 2 trucks go out. Drivers managed jump out before trucks go over the edge. Roads beside the fjord is some of the most narrow in Norway. There is another video from another road in the same area on my channel

@ Wow - that was a very dramatic article with photos about that accident in 1987. So amazing that both drivers were able to escape. And what a crock of - stuff - that they were accused of insurance fraud. It sounds like the insurance companies started that to try to get out of paying. What a burden for those drivers whohad just barely escaped with their lives.

At 5:57 was that to the viewpoint of the 1000ft waterfall? It is rare to see a 3D tunnel spiraling down and crossing its own path down to the bottom of the canyon!
