You should check out scrapping pavement channel. He can fabricate a bed cover that covers all your pumps and gas tank so you fully use the bed again

I would have just laid in a false floor about 8 in above the bed floor, in other words what you do is you cut a floor and put it on like a 2 by 10 or something like that so the the the new floor would actually cover up the wheel wells and everything about you just have to make a square cut and cut it to the length and width of the bed, and then you run the gas cell filler cap all the way up and put a hole in the slat which lot is closest to to the filler cap and you're done dude, you're just making your life harder you know I have the same truck and I don't slam nothing cuz I'm old now but my truck looks so much better than yours, you know you're going to end up just screwing this up too, so you know you should have done your research that way you cover up all the electronics and the pumps and everything and you can take it out as you need to you know you can split it down the middle, just you know put it on it on a hinge or something like that so you can if you need to ever take the thing out to work on it you fold it in half and get it the hell out of your way but know you decided to do it the hard way anyway take care!
