1:45:33 I did this when 1.19 released. Admittedly a bad idea, but I was surprised to find out that the only thing that got messed up was my world seed. At first, there were harsh chunk borders where the two world met, but nowadays it generates a smooth transition. I do NOT recommend downgrading, because as the dono showed, it can cause some serious damage.

1:45:33 i accidentally loaded my world on 1.20.4 i went back to 1.18.2 and surprisingly everything was fine except the world seed changed (so the seed i get from /seed doesnt match the chunks i loaded in 1.18.2 anymore) and a lot of the world corrupted

whats weird is, i live maybe 40 minutes from Newcastle and its not that cold, i have no idea what he's on about. We ad rain today but, as i type this, its 15C with a warning for higher temp tomorrow and again, as im typing this, i just got a high pollen warning on my desktop toolbar. Accidentally found a trial chamber while exploring on bedrock (switch version). Was very surprised to see it, since i had heard that the switch version wasn't getting that update. I'm a peaceful mode player, so i just looked around the area. I found a couple regular keys through dumb luck and got some decent loot including a trident from one of the barrels. Did leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth though (felt like i was cheating), so I located another one relatively close to my base; and am setting up a path between it and my base. I've never been good at pvp, so i'm going to attempt to use it to learn how to fight mobs. I'm going to try to isolate the spawners somewhat , so i can fight one mob at a time. Though with my luck i'll still die a million times.
