that's because people in the west play the game differently, they frog DPS becausae the majority of them uses a DPS meter and they pay less attention to the mechanics. Objectively Echidna is super easy, and it's evident by how much easy reclear has become.

Probably doing trade runs. Not everyone was able to max out elixirs/trans for t4 so a kr meta right now does a lot of carry trades so they can still run end game content on characters that aren't pf ready.
