I really can't tell if the BPM on 1.0 speed are changing or not, i mean i can see that the BPM getting faster but only when it reaches 273-300

Yeah, the changes in speed on 1.0 are pretty subtle. If you look closely at 0:25 you can kinda see it slowing down. I heard somewhere that the note speed goes down to as low as 0.3, which I think is pretty interesting.
