I thought the verticle was a 200 and the twin added the extra 50 ccs..its like you skipped a couple sizes in between engine configurations

I had a 49cc hardknock about three years ago that I bought second hand. Back then there was no option to get a title for them. Do they now come with a title for legitimate registration without using a vin from a scooter or whatever other sketchy ways people have registered theirs?
