Brother, you have to try Mapo Tofu. It's kinda like soft tofu stirfried with beef and pork chunks with a sauce thats kinda like hot and sour soup, but more savory. Serve over hot rice. Recommend Pine and Crane for that.

Native Texan here. In my teenage years/early 20’s, Whataburger was the place to be after shows. 10-15 years ago, it was the best place on earth. Even 5 years ago it was still pretty damn good.
