If anybody is wondering how to activate phase 2 with only yourself go to the mod console type in "stamina 0 (your name)" sense when sans is at 0 mana, he acts like he's been block broken he will act as if he got hit during the cutscene

When you join in there should be a star on the game name in game, keep pressing on it til you go into the name selection menu and type in FRisK and you will get him. Dont type in gaster cuz it crashes your game.
