Started my weight loss 11 months ago started at 248 pounds at 6'5, just a tall dude with a beer belly, now I'm 195 able to see my core muscles for the first time in my life. In the back of my mind Zyzz was there to tell me "just one more." If you don't give up you'll end up with something so powerful no one can take it away and that's the unbreakable willpower. I'm so happy I decided to do this, I did quit a lot of times but always came back to remind myself that to quit is to die and I will not allow myself to do such a thing. The easy part for me was eating less because I already practiced fasting and unfortunately that resulted in my body going into survival mode which is probably the reason why i gained so much weight after high school. Now I eat healthy and go to the gym every other day and when I'm not in the gym I'm on my bicycle.
