Well, if you watch the actual movie, Downfall, there are A LOT of awkward pauses and parts where it seem to drag too bit too. Especially the scenes where the generals meet in Hitler's office. If anything, the parody acting the same way just makes it more accurate to the original source material.

Sebastian Maniscalco did a whole comedy bit about how employees at Home Dept have no clue about the products they sell. And when i saw Dolfy got hired without having skills, this is definitely a reality of how Depot hires their people. 😂😅
