Escalated after DJ Mag 2015 Top 100 being won by DV&LM, with Hardwell and 3LAU taking shots at their production skills, leading to the former not being invited to Tomorrowland in 2016 and 2017 (they did reconcile in June 2017 with a meal together according to a photo, a few weeks before Tomorrowland), before a reunion B2B at the end of 2017 and his return to Tomorrowland in 2018 along with a collab… but it was short-lived as Hardwell went on hiatus a month and a half later. Last year, he was spotted alongside Dimitri Vegas (solo set; by then he was releasing solo material on the House of House sublabel), as well as Headhunterz (who quit DJing a month later effective end 2023) in a separate photo, hinting at a potential collab along with others with Outsiders, Atmozfears (who he confirmed this past Friday), Da Tweekaz, and D-Block & S-te-Fan
