2016, was the first year I got into edm. His ultra and ultra Europe sets got me into edm but also hard style with his tracks with sephyx and dr phunk, from then on I’ve gone onto wasted penguinz and Zatox from 2013 the ‘euphoric era’ to the modern experimental kicks or SZP Vertile and rebelion. Hardwell is the centre of all of that

Exactly Hardwell is been going hard since long ago. He even made one of his song to defqon1 endshow 2017. Personally I think he was the pioneer of ending the EDM sets with a hardstyle track after he did it everyone else copy him

Right now im the guy who listen vertile all day long but yeah the respect i have about hardwell n his music is on top for real 2016 i was watching hardwells ultra miami set i there he premier his hardstyle song named as "wake up call" at that time i was totaly unaware about hardstyle i find that thi kick is little bit diffrent n hard n i was liking that but that time in 2016 aside of hardwell there was no one in mainstream edm who was supporting hardstyle so i was not able find other songs with same kick but after some days he played spaceman headhunterz edit onces again in united we are tour n i found headhunterz as sepcialiez hardstyle artist n my story of hardstyle started in the same time hardwell supported dr.phunk n atmozfearz i was listning them n him i was enjoying that hardwell edm n hardstyle combo but after hardwell took break for 4 yearsnow im totally shifted to hardstyle (4 years ago i wished hardwell should make collab with szp n that shit is real now but now i want hardwell vertile collab n that i all i want)
