You can truly see his dedication in acting while watching those series he's in. I just can't believe that the person who's playing Karube and Kurosawa are the same person. I mean just look at the range. I fin him really hot and handsomw back in Alice in Borderland tho. I'm just so sad when he died in that character. And then I watched Cherry Magic. Right then, I fell in love with him instantly --- I've been watching Cherry Magic for the 8th time 😅 Hoping for more projects for him. And hopefully more lead roles for him. I mean they should give this guy a chance. His acting is flawless. I'll be watching his 6-episode drama (I believe his name in the drama is Amamiya---I can't seem to memorize such long title especially in japanese lol). I just hope that J-dramas will be more accessible for international fans like me. Especially his dramas since most of us fell in love with him. Sorry for my english. It's not my first language ✌

I watched Cherry Magic many times, but you beat me with 8 times😄I agree that there are so few J-dramas for international fans. His drama Sumika Sumire is on Viki. If you haven’t watched it, you can check it out. The movie L-DK Two is also on Viki but he only plays a supporting role in it. By the way, I think your English is very good!🥳

大分前ですが、写真集購入しました。 2015年NHKドラマ『美女と男子』で仲間由紀恵さんとの共演でした。 面白かったです。 この頃からファンになりました。 2017年NHKドラマ『定年女子』で南果歩さんと共演してキャリアウ―マンのバツイチで年上の女性を好きになる役でした。 2018年NHKドラマ『女子的生活』志尊淳君の同級生役で面白かったです。 色々なドラマに出演していました。 ドラマでヒットした町田さんが人気になったキッカケは『チェリまほ』ですね！

I found that Japanese people have a different face from korean or other country, they more likely natural cute n happy. Honestly K-drama arent really my kind of type with, i know the BL on korea or other country is good. But i thought there's more something in japan idk lol. And i guess japan is the best country to describe what is BL or Yaoi smth.

I just recently stumbled upon Keita when I watched Cherry magic and when I checked out his other roles, I was beyond amazed with his acting range since not everyone can deliver a performance like he does 👌👌 He went on my favourite actors list faster than anyone recently 😊 I really hope he starts getting more recognition he 500% deserves! If you pay attention to Alice In Borderland's cast, you'll see that at least 70% of them have RANGE. Kento, Dori, Nijiro, Sho, Nobuaki.. I've never seen them act in the same genre twice. I'm supper impressed by Keita Machida, after AIB I watched High&Low and his character over there is a polar opposite of Karube. We stan versatile kings.

I just finished watching Cherry Magic. He clearly know how to act, natural, expressive without being a "Ham", subtle when it come to delivering lines.... I usually put off when watching Japanese BL, coz the plot is super predictable (which kinda dont have problem too much) and the acting are super Hammy. Because of him, i could definitely enjoy this drama
