I agree. I can't even tell if it is country, pop, or rock. And don't care what it's genre is. The feeling and emotion in his voice take me back to my late teen-early 20's, summer boyfriend, days. I seemed to have felt so much emotion in love songs back then. I am much older now and have been living with and married to the same man for 33 years. I haven't heard a love song til this and 'This Ole Boy' by Hardy that has made me feel that emotion since those early days. About my husband, now. I do like 'Zombie Love Song' by YFM, also. It's kinda funny but still full of yearning and sad emotion.
