Hari ji great singer hain,ustad mehdi Hassan Khan saheb ki gayki ka unki gayki par gahra asar hai.2003/04 ke dauran j p palace hotel AGRA me janab hari ji se mulakat hui ,mein wahan restaurant me ghazal perform karta tha, hari ji ne mujhe bhi salah di ki Khan saheb ko sunte raho aapko bada mufaat hoga,yakin maniye uske baad mene bahut kam kisi ko suna, mujhe bahut kuch mila. I m crying, dont know why. Made me pure to be with god. Tughe dekhna ibaadat, teri yad badgai hai. When Mehndi hassan sir visited India, in 80 s, in parivate mahfil UP, my father was there . Hari harran himself is a legend. The way he talked about Mehdi Hasan sahib increased his respect 100 folds in my eyes If a person is secure about his /her abilities he will not shrink to appreciate other artists. Same you can see about Lata ji and Madam Noor Jehan. Both never hesitate to acknowledge the greatness of each other.
