Director Hari is undoubtedly one of the most liked commercial directors in Tamil cinema. Like Ayya- The bomb defusing sequence, Saamy - The petrol bunk seal scene, Kovil - Sonia Agarwal managing to go to her friend's house while Nasser comes to pick her up, Singham - The Prakash Raj ploy to trick the hero by taking a train Singam 2 - Arrest sequence of Sagayam While it's true that Director Hari's films may share some similiarites, it's his ability to craft these thrilling sequences and keep the audience engaged that truly sets him apart. I have never watched any interviews of Dir. Hari before, but once I spotted the thumbnail I was eager to tune into it because the interviewer is Baddy, who can bring best out of any creator he's talking to. Such a humble, down to earth, honest and genuine person and one of the very few directors in Kollywood who has managed to sustain a career for a very long time. If there is one thing I & all the youngsters need to takeaway from this interview then It has to be the power, importance and magic of DISCIPLINE. The way he explained on how it guided him towards the right path in this "anything can happen" industry to make films that are profitable to all the stakeholders involved and which in turn helped him earn a good name and fame.. Kudos to dir.Hari and team for their upcoming film "Rathnam". Hope he has delivered a good quality product for viewers to enjoy and celebrate in theatres.
