Hari Raya 2024: Food for the soul

Every Ramadan Khadijah Muda cooks bubur lambuk daily which she then distributes to Muslims in her community.
She believes that cooking and distributing the nourishing meal is a powerful way to spread kindness to others during the Muslim holy month.

If only they stop using plastic. The hot bubur pouring and staying in the plastic containers is what prevents me from savouring bubur lambuk. I opt to make my own. I hope they can find a better alternative packaging.

They used the one that heat resistant plactic like the one used to boil ketupat segera (Adabi/Nona etc.).

@ratnahusnaismail3860 Thanks. But it is still plastic. I'm not convinced! Wait for a health hazard study report in 10-20 yrs ... Usually, I will bring my own stainless steel or glassware for packing hot stuff...
