Hi Ahmad, I've used Tropican formula for years and never had a problem. Perhaps you weren't mixing properly, perhaps temp was wrong, perhaps the chicks weren't kept warm enough, perhaps a problem with the water you're mixing it with... just so many variables.

Thanks for your reply, I have maintained temperature, used fresh & purification of water, properly mixed formula, I thing, I have managed everything. can u give me original Tropican formula for my small chicks? I would be extremely grateful for this kindness.

Its true. Its the best product, only I wish more fat or special edition to macaws , otherwise its perfect I would say best product in handfeeding market
