he is saying that every one has his potentials to do something in his or her life, one have to recognise his potentials by deep thinking/imagination, then select the path , aquire some set of skills , that are required for his journey and then go that way. you learn by mistakes and experiences.. if other can do it, then you can do it. that is absolutely True. As far as the Psychology is concerned.
