Which one is Better Sponge Filter or Power Filter

So this is the Defference in Sponge and Power Filter No hate to Power Filter it's also work same, when I was washing it soo many dirt coming out from it.
Disadvantages of Power Filter
(×) Powerhead in the Power filter could be dangerous if not handled correctly. If the powerhead is running above water level, then it could heat up & break.
(✓)Advantages of Power Filter
Power filters are very efficient in cleaning because they have high quality sponges & some Power filters can hold bio media too. Sponges hold heaps of good bacteria, & more useful bacteria grow on the bio media. So, internal filters can be used as secondary filters if your main filter is not performing well in a high stocked aquarium.

Sponge filters have no means to include chemical media, which means they can only provide mechanical and biological filtration.
