She was told a night before about this MTV UNPLUGGED. There was no rehearsal! She went for it and every song she sang that night just proved to the critics, at that time, that she was not just a recording artist. So when she says “ in the spur of the Kinect”, I believe she means “ on the spot, no rehearsal, they just added the song last minute”.

Youve GOT TO react to mariah carey “emotions live at worcester (vocal showcase) 1993”. Its not the best quality and it only shows a pic of her during the tour, theres not an actual video, its just an audio but u can still hear it good enough and its arguably her best performance of the song EVER! She goes OFF and makes the song even harder by adding new higher whistle notes and the intro which she does it even better than the Mtv Unplugged version, AND SHE WAS SICK DURING THIS PERFORMANCE SO THAT JUST SPEAKS ON HOW INCREDIBLE SHE IS!❤️🔥
