THIS! will always be one of my favorite performances from a Tabernacle Choir guest artist. This concert was in 2012. I was there. It was magnificent! Can't tell you how many times in the past 10 years I've re-listened to this song. Countless. Thank you Alfie!

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir sings, Hark, the Herald Angels Sing. The song tells you that Jesus is God. Christ, by highest heaven adored; Christ the everlasting Lord; Late in time behold Him come, Offspring of a virgin's womb Veiled in flesh, the Godhead see; Hail the incarnate Deity Pleased as man with men to dwell, Jesus, our Emmanuel Emmanuel means, God with us. Incarnate Deity means, God became flesh, that God assumed a human nature and became a man in the form of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the second person of the Trinity. If Jesus stopped being fully God for even a split second, all life would die (see Acts 17:28). The doctrine of the Incarnation says that Jesus, while remaining fully God, became fully man.
