Depleted Uranium is one of the densest materials out there, meaning it has the most mass in the same size. This allows it to impart more force upon impact, compared to other materials (F=ma, if you remember high school physics). Incendiary rounds use various chemicals to create a fire upon impact. This fire doesn't last long, on its own, but it still has the effect of a mini explosion. If you manage to hit something flammable - like an engine block, fuel tank, or ammunition reserve - that thing will ignite and probably explode. In summery, do not miss your electrical bills. General Electric will not be happy. And if they made the A-10 Warthog capable of busting bunkers, you don't stand a chance.
