Bear is my family's dog. He's an 8 month old Shih-poo who developed anxiety and trust issues after back to back traumatic experiences with former vets. I'm pretty sure he has undiagnosed mental issues as well. Brian and his team are beyond amazing and patient. I know without a doubt he's not hurting my dog. Brian is the best, but Bear is still scared because it's all new and different. Brian has been patient with Bear and informative with us as new dog owners. I did miss an appointment due to the death in my family, but I'm still all in. I bought the tools Brian told me to, and I do try to comb him often, but if that anxiety kicks in, I stop.

@@DeeliciousCandi I want you to know that it’s not your fault. Some pups are just naturally fearful, especially of things they perceive as risky. We’re committed to continuing to groom him using the safest methods possible, and with time, we hope to help him feel more comfortable in the long run. I’m deeply sorry to hear about your family’s loss-I wasn’t aware, but please know my thoughts are with you during this time. I’ll make it a point to check in and see how he’s doing, and if there’s anything else I can do to support you, just let me know.

Oh dear, my Rabbit had a bad experience at the vet and it was impossible to groom him and sometimes he didn't want a cuddle, the thing is all animals can suddenly snap, even though they look relaxed and happy, I'm sure Brian will help him, I used to look after dogs at a rescue centre, some were very nervous, we had to be very careful, its not easy when they are upset, animals, no matter what they do wrong are innocent, God please help Bear be good friends with Brian, also I wish Brian a safe trip visiting the other dogs🙏
