Funny barnett clutches states there is no wrong way to put in the steel rings. You have a flat and rounded edge due to the stamping process when manufacturing them.

On my 19 RGS with 131 with the Harley everything, and a D&D 2-1 Billet Cat with the Big Bore baffle I'm at 139 TQ and 134 HP. Definitely get better exhaust like they said. I'm sticking to warranty complaint for now, except for the exhaust. Since I ride all over the country and want to make sure any issues will be covered.

have been following this series. alot of great info here and very very interested in the 2-1 #'s compared to your current 2-2 exhaust.. i have a 19' slim stage 3 build with VH 2-2 big radius and may go to a 2-1 if the #'s are that much better.

I got the 131 stage 4 put into my 2020 cvo limited 117. I have supertrapp slip ons, supertrapp catless headers and power vision tuner. It's currently making 128 hp and 146 ft lbs of torque at the wheels.. problem is with the tunining due to the rdrs traction control.. not many tunes from various companies have perfected the rdrs tunes, so my power is dropping off at 5,000 rpm,,, am waiting to get a tune file from fuelmoto to sort it out, and sort it out,, hopefully with more power,,,,, bye the way, that's with the included se 517 cam,,,

Well, that blows man. You def have the weight advantage between you and Josh. But his tune was factory on a road king with upgraded suspension. It’s wild how much those pipes kill your power. I kinda like the pipes the way you have it styled. If the pipes don’t work maybe holler at the boys where Shade is loaning his 2 wheel yacht at Bert’s Barracuda. Maybe your pocket tech could see what they did. I think as long as you can get 1hp for every ci, that’s decent.

Another option for ethanol free fuel is to use REC 90, typically for boats and off road use only but nobody will tell you anything. I know Orlando is not a big boating city but I am sure there are some stations that have it. All the WaWa in Miami have REC 90 fuel along with some others. Its better than ethanol free 87.

I wish they would come up with a way to make an upgraded clutch without such a tight pull. I had an 883 with an upgraded clutch after I did the 1200 engine uprade. I hated The stiff clutch. I even paid extra money for a kit that reduced the pull by 30 percent. It still sucked.

Who should NOT get a Harley with a 313ci engine? I am absolutely sold on the Low Rider S with the 131 ci kit. I LOVE the sound it makes after it gets the kit. However, I just started riding in December, so I know I couldn't handle the bike right now. Let alone afford one at the moment, but I'm about to get a high-paying job after I graduate. Should someone keep buying bikes that have a higher displacement until they get to that point? Should they take track classes? You live in Florida, right? How does it handle the traffic in the summer heat?
