I bought this guitar about one and a half year ago. Live I play only this guitar. It has an outstanding handling, a powerful sound, a cool tremolo, that keeps the tune, and it is a big beauty. I`ll keep it as long as possible.

Recently got myself the orange one and it is a fantastic guitar. Good quality, gorgeous finish and a buttersmooth neck. Just love it :) I made a changement though and that is to let the strings run over the rollerbar instead of under. Improves tuningstability and relieves the huge amount of pressure on the floating bridge.

@@guitarandgear8185 I use 011 strings. With 010 strings, to me the sound was a bit weaker. But that is my personal impression and choise. Keep trying.

Nice sounding guitar however a B6 type tremelo bar is better suited to this type of guitar . Would love to see a forest green or walnut colour thin line hollowbody with De armond style pick ups (GFS surf90s😍) and a gold anodised pick guard to match the gold hardware added to your range Mr Benton please . I'll be first in line to snag one 👍

I've been looking for a Hollowbody exactly to put a Surf90 in . Harley Benton should consider using GFS pickups for their guitars since they are far superior to Roswells and very affordable too.

The fret board looks so much darker in this video. The pictures online are all a lighter color wood. I don’t know why I hate lighter wood . I wish there was an ebony option.

Sadly no, but I would love a good semi-hollow in this price range like this Big Tone. It would be really great if it were a little bit thinner like Gretsch Streamliner because Big Tone's width is similar to most of acoustic guitars and I probably wouldn't like that on my electric guitar, but that's just my preference.

Esta guitarra tiene un gran defecto y es que tiene un trémolo de doble pasador con un puente de rodillos sobre una madera flotante delgada y si pones el trémolo como debe ir se dobla y desliza hasta caer, pues el quintaje sólo se logra muy cercano a la tensión del pasador bajo del trémolo. Si usted quiere esa guitarra debe buscarle una base más ancha de madera que proporcione mayor estabilidad o pegarle el puente de madera. No creo que la guitarra que tocó el señor este quintada a traste doce sin armónicos, pisando el traste doce quiero decir.

Since the day I purchased the Les Paul Vintage edition, I became a fan of Epiphone. But, here (Royale vs BigTone) we are talking about two different categories: price category (Epi costs twice as much) and the thickness of the bodies (BigTone is much thicker which makes it fully playable in a "unplugged mode" as it sounds almost like a standard acoustic guitar).

I actually own a Harley Benton Strat which I spraypainted orange some 15 years ago. It was the diy kit and I had some spraycans laying around from a Laverda motorcycle I once owned. So the Strat ended up shining in RAL2004!
